Born in Basilicata, after graduating in Law, a work-study abroad and several years of experience at law firms, she decided to specialize in Human Resources and moved from Rome to Milan, where she earned an HR Master at the School of Training Ipsoa.
She started immediately thereafter, to work in this field, first at the GI Group (Employment Agency) as a branch officer, then as HR Generalist at the company AMO Italy (Abbot Medical Optics – Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices segment), and finally arrived at The American University of Rome where, in quality of Director of Human Resources and Physical Plant, she currently works at 360’ to all the aspects of Personnel Administration and Campus Facilities Management.
