'Three is a Crowd' is the debut album of The HAND and comes out on CD, Vinyl and Digital on November 17 on Goodfellas Records.

The three-piece band is composed of  AUR's Professor Emiliano Tortora with Fabrizio Mazzuccato and Sandro Di Canio and their debut album explores many iconic genres - from glam rock through post punk, electronic, acid and kraut rock as well as late 1980's Albion Noise.

To launch the album, they worked with AUR's Professor Brian Koperski to create the video 'The Commissioner'. Together, the band and Brian looked to recreate the aesthetics of German music shows such as Musikladen and the Beat-Club. Attempting to be true to every detail, Brian used Camilla Gatto-von der Heyde in the role of an historical VJ - (think Uschi Nerke and Christine Röthig) and played with the band members in a virtual Chroma-Key space with feedback effects, subtle color saturation, and quick-cuts that emulate the videos of the eighties.
