On 8 and 9 April, the Department of International Relations is hosting an international conference to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Italian unification.
Over two days, scholars from Italy, the US and other parts of Europe will discuss the meaning of Italian unification from the standpoints of different disciplines
The conference has the support of the American Academy in Rome, the British School in Rome, the Association for the Study of Modern Italy, the Norwegian Institute in Rome, as well as the Province and City of Rome.
