Professor Zinder, an award-winning film and video-maker, has taught media production, film studies, and screenwriting in the United States and Italy for over fifteen years. His short documentary Uno degli Ultimi (One of the Last) screened at over 35 international film festivals from 2008 – 2012 and won six awards.  His recent film, Benedizione delle Bestie (Benediction of the Beasts), screened at international film festivals in Canada, India, the Netherlands, and the United States in 2010-2011, and won two awards.   His latest documentary, Robot e Pinocchi (Robots and Pinocchios) won a Director’s Choice Award from the 2012 Black Maria Film and Video Festival, and has also been selected to screen at the 2011 St. Louis International Film Festival, the 2012 Byron Bay International Film Festival (Australia), and the 2012 Taos Shortz Film Fest (New Mexico) to date.  He expects to complete postproduction on a short experimental film to be released this year.  His website can be found at www.paulzinder.com.
