AUR Yoga Lessons
With the arrival of qualified yoga therapist and instructor Paola Richard in Fall 2010, yoga has made its happy return to AUR. Paola’s lessons are based on Kundalini yoga with some elements of the Chinese Qigong; also influencing her style are Indian Hatha yoga and Chinese Tai Chi. Kundalini yoga is one of the easiest styles of yoga to learn, and can give dramatic results quickly. Regular lessons and practice can help students feel more awake and aware, healthier and better able to face everyday challenges. Paola is a former synchronized swimming Italian national champion, and has also been teaching aerobics, step, stretching and cardio training since 1989.
If you are interested in attending yoga at AUR, please see the Student Life Office for further details.
