Title: THE ART AND ARCHITECTURE OF SRI LANKA
This lecture will cover the five main periods in the Art and Architecture of Sri Lanka from the Anuradhapura. (3rd century BC to 11th century AD) up to the colonial period (16th century AD to 20th century AD).
The lecture will be followed by a reception with food courteously provided by the Sri Lankan Embassy in Rome.

Title: CARAVAGGIO ‘Pictor Egregius’ – ‘Mente Stravagantissima’ (The other Michelangelo)
Zerafa is Malta’s greatest expert on Caravaggio. He is a member of the Royal Society of London and a frequent lecturer at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas in Rome. He published ‘Caravaggio Diaries’ (Malta 2004).

One of Italy’s best known and most dynamic political journalists. A senator for ‘Forza Italia’ and Vice Editor of the Italian daily newspaper Il Giornale. He will speak about new developments in European relations.
