Meet the Staff

Francesca Forgione
Chief Financial Officer
Oversees financial and business functions within the University, serving a wide range of customers. Among his areas of responsibility are debt and credits management, managerial analysis and costing, financial performance measurements and financial planning.

Stefano Felicani
General Ledger
General Ledger is involved in the day to day bookkeeping process, recording all the business transactions in terms of purchase and sale and other accounting entries like registration of prepaid charges such as insurance premiums, accrual of expenses incurred, depreciation on fixed assets, treasury, local bank’s reconciliations and assist with taxes and other related duties.

Marita Luzon
Accounts Receivable and Treasury
Main duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable are to perform tuition and fee billing and receivables for AUR, process departmental deposits, financial aid refund, miscellaneous receivables, and operate the University’s central cashiering and collection activities. Communicate with other University offices regarding Accounts Receivable functional operations.

Massimo Pantaloni
Accounts Payable and General Ledger
The accounts payable department is responsible for processing all purchasing functions by assisting with the review of purchase requisitions for compliance with all applicable regulations and with AUR policies for accounting accuracy and for appropriate approval. Process payroll payments and employee travel and entertainment reimbursements and provides budget expenditures to the University’s Departments.Operates central cashiering.
